Integration Services

Most businesses run on several systems. We connect them so orders, customers, stock, invoices and tickets move automatically between your ERP, CRM, e-commerce, payments and data warehouse. Every integration is monitored, and AI helps map and clean messy data.

// What we connect

One flow of data across your business

  • ERP ↔ CRM

    Sync customers, quotes, orders and invoices between Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho.

  • E-commerce ↔ ERP

    Connect Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplaces to inventory, fulfilment and accounting.

  • Payments & banking

    Payment gateways, reconciliation and bank feeds, including regional providers.

  • APIs & middleware

    REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, event queues and integration platforms, all with proper logging.

  • Data pipelines & BI

    Pipelines into a data warehouse with clean models for dashboards and AI use cases.

  • Legacy modernisation

    Add APIs to older systems, or migrate them, so they work with your current tools.

// How we deliver

From first call to working software, without months of paperwork

We skip the long requirements document. AI-assisted analysis and early prototypes let you see and test the solution before you commit to a full build.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

    30 to 45 min

    We learn your goals, current tools, data and the processes that slow your team down. We mostly ask questions.

    Shared notes and a shortlist of opportunities

  2. 02

    Gap analysis

    ~48 hours

    We map the current process and use AI-assisted analysis to find where automation, integration or AI saves effort, split into quick wins and bigger projects.

    Gap report with prioritised use cases and rough ROI

  3. 03

    Blueprint & prototype

    ~1 week

    You get the architecture, a clickable or working prototype of the key flow, and a fixed-scope estimate, so you decide based on something you can try.

    Solution blueprint, prototype, fixed-scope proposal

  4. 04

    Build in weekly steps

    Weekly demos

    AI-assisted engineering with a demo every week. You test features as they are finished and can change priorities from one week to the next.

    Working software every week, in your environment

  5. 05

    Run & improve

    Ongoing

    Monitoring, model and prompt tuning, usage analytics and support, so the solution keeps improving after go-live.

    An agreed support SLA and a monthly improvement report

// Built to run

Integrations that don't fail silently

  • Monitoring & alerts

    Every sync is logged, and your team gets an alert with a clear reason when something fails.

  • Retries & idempotency

    Safe retries, so you never get duplicate orders or invoices.

  • AI-assisted mapping

    AI helps match and clean records such as customers, SKUs and addresses across systems.

  • Documentation

    Data maps and runbooks your team can maintain.

// FAQs

Integration FAQs

Can you integrate systems that don't have an API?

Often, yes. We can use database connectors, file exchange, email parsing or a small API layer that we build around the old system.

Do you use integration platforms or custom code?

Both. For simple flows we recommend platforms such as Make, n8n or Zapier. For high-volume or business-critical integrations we build custom services.

How long does an integration take?

A standard sync between two systems usually takes two to four weeks after the blueprint. Larger projects with several systems are delivered in weekly steps.
